We Are Seeking Dedicated Support Professionals
If you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of others and possess experience working with individuals with brain injuries, we encourage you to apply. As a Support Professional at SweetTree, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and independence of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, household tasks, and medication administration.
- Encourage client participation in community activities and social engagements, fostering a sense of connection and belonging.
- Accompany clients for essential errands and medical appointments, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the process.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including clinical psychologists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and rehabilitation clinicians, to deliver comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress, contributing to a holistic understanding of their needs.
- Minimum 3 months experience working with clients with brain injuries is highly desirable.
- Ability to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes, demonstrating empathy and compassion.
- Dedication to promoting independence and well-being, empowering clients to live fulfilling lives.
- Commitment to client safety and well-being, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Strong record-keeping and documentation skills, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
