We Are Seeking a Dedicated Brain Injury Support Specialist

Do you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with brain injuries? SweetTree is looking for compassionate and skilled Brain Injury Support Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized one-on-one support to clients in their homes, helping them achieve their goals and maintain their independence.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Encourage social interaction and participation in meaningful activities.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 months experience working with clients with traumatic brain injuries, acquired brain injuries, Parkinson's Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, Huntington's Disease, or Multiple Sclerosis is highly desirable.
  • Ability to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes.
  • Dedication to promoting independence and well-being.
  • Commitment to client safety and well-being.
  • Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
