MediTalent Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Brain Injury Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our team in South-East London. As a specialist in neurorehabilitation, you will be responsible for providing expert care to individuals with brain injuries.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to work with our team in providing high-quality care to individuals with brain injuries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neurorehabilitation and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert occupational therapy services to individuals with brain injuries
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and functional ability
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in neurorehabilitation or post-acute brain injury care
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
