Job Opportunity: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Kandhu Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering proactive and reactive maintenance services across our manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production and plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular checks and testing on plant equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve corporate strategies and departmental targets.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in the food or FMCG manufacturing industry.
  • Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with qualifications in City & Guilds or NVQ L3 equivalent.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving PLC and robotic issues.
  • Knowledge of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) and 17th edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
