Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and creating a safe and supportive environment for our residents.
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care. Your expertise and professional judgment will be essential in making critical clinical decisions and providing exceptional care.
As a Registered Nurse, you will have the autonomy to work independently and as part of a team, using your clinical skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding care. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with colleagues and residents, and contribute to the overall success of our care home.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
You will be a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently.
