Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Derham House care home. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, psychological, and social well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and plan individualized care for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
- Deliver high-quality care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting a culture of respect and dignity.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid nursing qualification and registration with the relevant professional body.
- Experience working in a care home or similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care and promoting resident well-being.
