About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
• Conduct thorough assessments and risk evaluations to identify potential health concerns
• Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records

Requirements

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
• Strong knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
• Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
