Job Description

Job Title: Information Technology Training Professional

Contract Length: 6 months with potential extension

Pay Rate: £450 per day

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Training Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will design and deliver customized training for IT projects implemented nationally by the ICT Delivery stream.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand training requirements and technology to be implemented
  • Design and develop bespoke technology-based training courses, including lesson plans, exercise workbooks, and support guides
  • Schedule and deliver training to agreed user groups using classroom, one-to-one, coaching, and remote training
  • Achieve and maintain training quality, design, and delivery standards for ICT
  • Provide updates to the ICT Training Manager on progress, risks, issues, and successes
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective transition from project to BAU

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience/qualification in IT and Business Process Training
  • Current and valid nationally recognized teaching or training qualification
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in training design and delivery roles
  • Experience of developing exceptional quality training materials for bespoke training courses
  • Able to deliver training at all levels to groups with differing needs
  • Good working knowledge of industry-standard learning/training methodologies
  • Experience of working in a project/programme environment as part of a delivery team
  • Appropriate security clearance (mandatory)
