Associate, Client Service II

At BNY Mellon, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Client Service team as an Associate, Client Service II. This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional client service by resolving complex day-to-day issues related to Corporate Actions and Income services.
- Support clients in addressing operational and technical issues, ensuring requests are executed and mitigating associated risk.
- Provide clients with information related to BNY products and services, representing Corporate Actions and Income lines of business and geographies.
- Monitor client inquiries, resolve non-routine issues, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member.
- Contribute to business development efforts by leveraging knowledge of client issues and needs.
- Participate in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services required.
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
