About the Role

As a Post Production Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of post-production workflows and asset deliveries. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and internal teams, communicating effectively, and delivering high-quality content that meets their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and tracking post-production tasks to ensure timely delivery
  • Conducting thorough quality control of retouched images to maintain the highest standards
  • Maintaining clear communication of schedules, workflows, and deadlines across departments
  • Organizing and delivering final assets, ensuring they meet client expectations

Requirements

We are seeking an individual with a strong understanding of post-production processes for eCommerce, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in Apple software, Adobe Photoshop, and experience with CaptureOne and Excel/Google Sheets are essential. Prior experience in a similar role within an eCommerce photographic studio or creative agency is highly desirable.
