We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment team at Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services and contributing to the strategic development of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality clinical services to patients with mental health needs
- Contribute to the development of our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment team and broader services
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Participate in teaching and training of medical students and junior staff
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
- MRCPsych or equivalent
- Approved Clinician status
- Experience in mental health services, preferably in a specialist team
- Excellent clinical skills, knowledge, and communication skills
