**About AJ Catering Staff**

We are a dynamic catering company based in South Kensington, seeking a skilled Restaurant Team Member to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service at the tills, serving food and drinks with a smile.

* Maintain accurate inventory of restaurant supplies, notifying supervisors when stock levels are low.

* Ensure the disposal and recording of expired and spoiled food items stored in stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.

* Maintain a clean and tidy work area, ensuring all workstations are organized and properly sanitized.

* Prepare meal items to a high standard, as instructed by the chef de partie.

**Requirements:**

* Food Safety Level 2 certification or equivalent.

* Relevant prior work history and experience in a commercial kitchen.

* Knowledge of current food health and safety regulations.

* Ability to stand for long periods and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent organizational skills and effective communication.
