Job Summary

Carter Murray is seeking a highly skilled Senior Guest Experience and Engagement Manager to support the growth and execution of our CRM and Membership programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Guest Knowledge and Engagement to deliver a streamlined approach to guest acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OR, CTR, CLTV, FF, SPV, and Sales.
  • Provide exceptional guest experience through personalized interactions and tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of programmes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in guest experience and engagement management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
