Bright Selection Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Unit Manager

We are delighted to be working with a leading Luxury care provider in the appointment of a qualified Nurse Unit Manager for their newly opened home in Bromley.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership in the teaching and training of other staff members within the nursing team and among care staff as directed, assessing trainees where required.
  • Lead the maintenance of all nursing records and ensure the residents' Care Plans are up to date.
Requirements
  • Qualified nurse (RMN/RGN) with current NMC Pin.
  • Previous clinical leadership position within an elderly care home setting.
  • Comprehensive understanding of COSHH, CQC and other relevant legislation for the provision of care for older people.
