MHA is seeking a highly skilled Resource Planning Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our resource management function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective deployment and utilization of our resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Partners, Directors, and Managers to understand client and project resource requirements.
  • Drive utilization and advise stakeholders on resourcing solutions and best practices.
  • Identify resourcing solutions that balance client needs and individual skills.
  • Manage conflicting demands on resources to achieve the best commercial outcomes.
  • Maintain and administer work planners.
  • Provide administrative support for all aspects of the resourcing process.
  • Ensure clients receive the best teams of people, combining industry experience with technical knowledge.
  • Strategically manage staff talent, considering career development needs and aligning them to engagement experiences.
  • Liaise, influence, and challenge effectively to build relationships at all levels.
  • Identify and negotiate resource releases to meet team needs.
  • Support the International and national secondment program.
  • Analyze weekly utilization reports and support conversations around utilization benchmarks.
  • Report and forecast workforce utilization, making strategic resource deployment decisions.
  • Support the Resource Manager and wider business with contingent worker onboarding.
  • Support Resource Manager with training and employee deployment.
  • Be accountable for process improvement identification.
Requirements
  • Highly confident and skilled verbal and written communicator with great attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in professional services is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to interact effectively with empathy, impact, and discretion, cultivating trusted advisor relationships.
  • Commercial mindset.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize, multitask, and manage a significant workload under pressure.
  • Strong relationship management experience, with the ability to interact, influence, and negotiate with people at all levels.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with excellent administration skills.
  • A proactive attitude towards change and ongoing focus on improvement.
  • Ability to influence strategic resourcing, training, and recruitment decisions.
