Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create and oversee localized marketing strategies, from initial planning to execution and subsequent evaluation, while working closely with Area and General Managers.
  • Conduct monthly assessments of marketing initiatives to determine effectiveness and develop actionable plans for improvement.
  • Discover new opportunities through networking, local market knowledge, and collaboration with restaurant teams.
  • Partner with the broader marketing team to design and implement an annual marketing calendar featuring planned creative content, promotions, and updates across various platforms.
  • Assist the Social Media Manager in generating ideas to enhance social media presence and create localized content in conjunction with restaurant teams.
  • Create blog posts and local event content, including copywriting and website management using content management systems.
  • Oversee daily updates of the website, ensuring it reflects current local activities.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining consistency across all marketing communications.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent time management and coordination abilities.
  • Experience in monthly reporting of marketing activities.
  • Strong work ethic with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A genuine passion for food and dining experiences.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation.
  • Experience in website management (WordPress or similar CMS) and PPC advertising.
  • Proficiency in social media management, including organic and paid strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO practices, both organic and paid.

  • Ability to travel to various locations and hold a full UK driving license.
