Psychiatric Liaison Health Care Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Conwy and Denbighshire CAMHS leadership team as a Team Manager in our Conwy child and adolescent mental health service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational management of the team in partnership with clinical and admin leads and the service manager.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and quality.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including families, schools, and community groups.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures, including the Choice and Partnership Approach (CAPA).
- Contribute to the development of the service's strategic plan and objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team in Conwy CAMHS, working with children, adolescents, and their families to provide high-quality mental health services. The successful candidate will have a background in child mental health services and a knowledge of the CAPA approach, although candidates from other clinical specialities with transferable skills are also encouraged to apply.

Requirements- Relevant qualifications and experience in child mental health services.
