Job Title: Bank Support Worker

We are seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our team in Llandudno. As a Bank Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their day-to-day living, taking them out in the community, and completing relevant paperwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with their daily needs, including personal care and medication administration
  • Take residents on outings and trips, promoting social interaction and community engagement
  • Complete paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Work within company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and supportive environment
  • Participate in mandatory training and development programs

Requirements
  • Level 2 in NVQ or QCF, or willingness to register on the social care register
