Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with mental health needs, enabling them to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with mental health needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication administration
  • Support individuals to engage in activities and hobbies that promote their well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements:
  • Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent

  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
