We are seeking an experienced Education Coordinator to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As an Education Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering our digital first learning strategy, working closely with our Assessment Delivery Manager and colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver assessment processes within specified time limits, ensuring a fair and consistent assessment service for learners.
- Support the preparation of assessments, supporting materials, and checking and reporting of assessment results to support Board meetings.
- Work collaboratively with examiners and institute colleagues to ensure accurate and timely delivery of assessments.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and a calm, methodical approach while working under sustained pressure.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, learners, and stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
- Excellent customer care skills, including sensitivity to the needs of customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and proactive approach.
- Discreet and diplomatic handling of confidential and sensitive information.
- Able to maintain high levels of accuracy and a calm, methodical approach while working under sustained pressure.
