We are seeking a Marketing Executive to support our Proper Pubs division on a fixed-term contract. This role is essential in covering a maternity leave period. The Proper Pubs team oversees our largest fully-managed pub estate, comprising over 275 locations that contribute significantly to our overall profitability.

As a Marketing Executive, you will be part of a dynamic Marketing team, focused on driving revenue growth. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager, you will develop engaging propositions designed to attract guests. Your goal will be to enhance the guest experience, encouraging them to enjoy their time with us and perceive great value in their visit.

You will assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that encompass various aspects of the marketing mix. This role offers the opportunity to think creatively, collaborate with leading agencies, and implement innovative strategies.

We are looking for an individual who is inquisitive and commercially aware, someone who utilizes data and insights to navigate market trends and understands competitive dynamics. A genuine interest in current food and beverage trends, along with a passion for live sports and exceptional pub experiences, is highly valued.

A relevant degree or qualification in Marketing is preferred, and experience in hospitality marketing would be advantageous.
