Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Co-ordinator to join our team at Wise May Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the HR department in the day-to-day running of HR operations, including new joiner and leaver processes, HR admin, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations: Manage new joiner and leaver processes, including weekly updates and ensuring accurate new joiner packs and HR inductions.
  • HR Admin: Responsible for checking offer letters and new joiner references, and assisting with managing HR to-do lists.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Manage end of probation reviews, parental leave, flexible working, compassionate leave, and promotion logistics.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Support the HR Partner and Diversity Partner with D&I forums, planning events, meeting speakers, introducing events, and scheduling training.
  • Trainees: Manage mid-seat and end of seat review documentation and compliance as it relates to HR, manage seat rotation logistics, and manage qualification admin and IT logistics.
  • Trainee Recruitment: Work with the Talent Officer and HR to manage the annual graduate recruitment process, including assessment centres, vacation weeks, and insight days.
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Well-presented with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly literate and numerate.
  • Capable of taking initiative and developing solutions to any issues encountered, liaising with colleagues as necessary.
  • Flexible and enthusiastic self-starter.
  • Able to work alone as well as within a team.
  • Attention to detail, ability to retain high concentration levels for extended periods of time.
