We are seeking a Housing Allocations Team Supervisor to join our Housing Needs Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively within the Housing Needs Management Team, contributing to budget formulation and oversight, as well as performance and risk management.
  • Serve as the Council's authority on all aspects of Allocations and Voids, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, legislation, and strategic housing objectives.
  • Exercise sound judgment in evaluating individual housing applications, particularly concerning medical and welfare considerations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • In-depth expertise in Allocations, with the ability to apply this knowledge to specific cases.
