Restaurant Supervisor Role

We're currently recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Beefeater in Lowestoft. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll be the vital link between the kitchen and our Front of House team, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Act as a liaison between the kitchen and Front of House teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Manage inventory, stock, and supplies to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
