We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Agency Partnerships to join our team at InMobi. As a key member of our global partnerships team, you will be responsible for developing and growing our relationships with top-tier agencies across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities- Manage senior-level strategy, planning, and activation relationships with major holding companies and agencies across EMEA.
- Build and foster long-term senior relationships with global/regional agency leaders and decision-makers, including end-to-end customer relationships for their revenue, technology, and data needs.
- Work closely with global InMobi teams to support relationships at the holding company and operating company levels, as well as with independent agencies.
- Lead efforts in structuring, drafting, and negotiating large strategic and commercial agreements focused on agency capability development, product education, and tools integration.
- Design overall digital marketing and product development strategies with agencies and their client portfolios to drive adoption of InMobi offerings.
- Drive thought leadership and strategic thinking by partnering with key internal stakeholders, including regional agency teams, sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure consistency across global markets.
- Partner and collaborate closely with regional Direct Sales, Customer Success, and Audience Intelligence teams to drive adoption of all InMobi solutions with new agency accounts and support discussions with existing accounts.
- Be the voice of EMEA agency contacts within InMobi and bring feedback across go-to-market, product, product marketing, and other teams.
- Track down key agency team contacts and opportunities across strategy/planning, display/investment, video, search, commerce, shopper, and programmatic orgs.
- Strong existing relationships and experience working across EMEA agencies.
- 10+ years of senior-level experience in an Agency Partnerships role in Ad/MarTech or in a Partnerships role within a major Agency HoldCo.
- Driving performance for enterprise client solutions, specifically within online media buying and advertising technologies.
- Senior-level technical stakeholder relationship management, translating business needs into innovative technology solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and building relationships across internal teams.
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales and account management approach.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with the ability to multi-task.
- Passionate team player with a sense of humor and desire to win with, and for, the team – and InMobi overall.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
