Agency Director Job Description

At MiQ, we're seeking a seasoned Agency Director to join our International Sales Team. As a key member of our global team, you'll be responsible for navigating the complex agency landscape, building trusted partnerships with international agency stakeholders, and driving growth for MiQ.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Navigate the global agency landscape at Holding Group level (e.g. Publicis)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key international agency stakeholders
  • Identify areas of partnership and growth for MiQ
  • Work closely with MiQ local teams to update markets on global strategic opportunities
  • Align your strategy with our wider global agency, client, product, and commercial objectives
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in a senior digital role at a global agency holding company or digital media organization
  • Well-established senior-level agency connections across key agency holding groups
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders to drive change
  • Deep knowledge of agency dynamics and ways of working
  • Expert comprehension of the programmatic ecosystem
