Job Title: Agency Director

Octagon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Agency Director to lead our London office, the hub of our European operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, delivering strategic initiatives, and overseeing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver against annual market business plan, focusing on revenue growth, SRS, and OIBIA.
  • Identify new opportunities and nurture existing client accounts to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the UK Finance Director and IPG Legal to develop commercial processes and mitigate risk.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, leveraging insights to drive results and innovation.
  • Assess regional opportunities to standardize ways of working, focusing on lead generation, qualification, and creative processes.
Requirements:
  • Strong client-servicing skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Insight-driven mindset, utilizing data and industry knowledge to inform strategic decisions.
  • Commercially minded, with a focus on driving revenue and delivering results.
  • Strategic thinker, able to translate client objectives into actionable plans.
  • Inspirational leader, capable of motivating and mentoring a team to achieve their full potential.
  • Proactive problem-solver, able to find creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Collaborative team player, able to work across disciplines, departments, and client agencies.
