About the Role

Northpoint Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to join our leadership team. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for leading our financial strategy and ensuring the company's continued growth and stability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and tax compliance to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Governance: Establish and maintain effective financial governance processes, including risk management, internal controls, and financial policies.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and other key partners.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with operational teams to drive process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains.

Requirements
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of five years' experience in a senior financial role, ideally as a Finance Director.
  • Qualifications: A qualified accountant (ICAEW, CIMA, ACCA) with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels and drive business growth.
  • Strategic Mindset: A strategic mindset with experience in managing cash flow, financial risks, and multi-functional budgets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to driving growth and profitability.
