**Your Role**

As a Technical Repair Specialist, you'll play a vital role in keeping our customers warm and safe by servicing and repairing gas appliances and central heating systems. You'll work with our domestic customers to identify and resolve issues, ensuring their homes are comfortable and efficient.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Service and repair gas appliances and central heating systems
  • Work with customers to identify and resolve issues
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnoses to identify faults
  • Perform repairs and maintenance to ensure systems are functioning correctly
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in servicing, fault diagnosis, and repairs on different boilers and central heating systems
  • Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan, and combination systems and boilers
  • Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1) NVQ, C&G, or equivalent in plumbing or heating
  • A full UK driving license with 6 points or less
