Job Title: White Goods/Domestic Appliance Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled White Goods/Domestic Appliance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for providing expert repair and maintenance services to domestic appliances, including washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and cookers/ovens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out repairs and maintenance on a variety of domestic appliances, including washing machines, cookers, fridges, freezers, dishwashers, and tumble dryers.
  • Work independently, using your problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Work from home, with parts delivered via FedEx.
  • Complete between 8 and 10 calls per day, with minimal paperwork.

Requirements:

  • White Goods/Domestic Appliance experience in a professional environment.
  • Experience working across a variety of branded products.
  • Experience working on a variety of appliances, including washing machines, cookers, fridges, freezers, dishwashers, and tumble dryers.
  • 2nd line refrigeration/F-Gas experience would be an advantage.
