Join our team as a White Goods/Domestic Appliance Engineer and represent a leading domestic appliance brand in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing repairs and maintenance to a variety of domestic white goods, including washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and cookers/ovens.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out repairs and maintenance on a range of domestic appliances, including washing machines, cookers, fridges, freezers, dishwashers, and tumble dryers.
  2. Work independently, with minimal supervision, to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  3. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service provided.
  4. Work from home, with parts delivered via FedEx, to complete tasks with minimal paperwork.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring that the team is equipped to provide the highest level of service.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. White Goods/Domestic Appliance experience in a professional environment.
  2. Experience working across a variety of branded products.
  3. Experience working on a variety of appliances, including washing machines, cookers, fridges, freezers, dishwashers, and tumble dryers.
  4. 2nd line refrigeration/F-Gas experience would be an advantage.
