Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Mitchell Adam. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoices, payments, and credit notes.
  • Reconcile and verify financial statements, including bank statements and credit card statements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a manufacturing company.
