Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client, a leading company in the industry, is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable professional to join their team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Key Responsibilities:- Process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Manage the company's expenses, ensuring they are recorded and coded correctly
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any queries
- Assist with month-end and year-end processes
- Significant experience in accounts payable, with a strong understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
- Experience using accounting software, ideally Sage 200
