Key Responsibilities- Utilize your excellent understanding of UK payroll procedures to fully comprehend how the client is currently operating and adapt this to our standard model.
- Provide exceptional client care and build a working relationship with your clients by demonstrating expert knowledge and experience.
- Analyze client requirements and develop appropriate solutions, together identifying areas for improvement.
- Identify where standard solutions should be used, and where bespoke solutions are required.
- Find efficient, new, and innovative ways to resolve potential issues.
- Identify potential problems and instigate corrective action.
- Act as a central point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring that build data documents are completed and acted upon in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Produce clear project plans with schedules and milestones, so that your clients and internal colleagues are fully aware of their requirements and associated timeframes.
- Document client processes and payroll rules for a clear handover to the Service Delivery Teams.
- Identify and plan the training requirements of the client based on their products and services and current levels of knowledge.
- Attend client service review meetings and other meetings as required.
- Utilize your knowledge and experience to complete changes in an efficient and cost-effective way as possible.
- Understand what the client has paid for and generate additional charges where necessary to maximize revenue.
- Act as a mentor to colleagues, particularly to Implementation Support Consultants.
- Challenge existing methods and seek to improve upon them, to proactively impact working practices and the client experience.
- Excellent payroll knowledge and previous experience of implementing payrolls with various levels of complexity.
- Experience working in a project role within a similar HR/Payroll/Finance software environment.
- Solid project and change management skills (Lean Six Sigma, etc).
- Exceptional overall planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Strong customer focus and stakeholder management, comfortable building relationships up to senior/exec/board level.
- Ability to influence and build robust business rationale that may affect a change in direction of a project or program.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident nature.
- Excellent commercial awareness, with the ability to maximize revenue and profitability for the business.
- Proven ability in building and managing a change team to deliver value to the business.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills, able to present complex information in a way that can be understood by different audiences.
- A meticulous eye for detail and creative in your thinking.
