Office Admin/Assistant Opportunity

We are working with a key client in the Northwich area to support the hiring of an Office Admin/Assistant. This is a brand new role within their structure, and we are looking for a motivated individual to join their team.

The successful candidate will work mainly within the Purchasing department, supporting admin tasks such as placing engineering orders. They will also have the opportunity to work in Export and Aftersales, sending RFQs and performing general admin tasks. The company is a friendly, family-owned business with a dynamic and varied work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Purchasing department with admin tasks
  • Work in Export and Aftersales, sending RFQs and performing general admin tasks
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers
  • Use Excel and MRP/ERP systems to manage data
  • Provide excellent customer service

The ideal candidate will have some experience within a manufacturing environment, be confident in their ability to pick up the phone to speak to suppliers, and be keen to learn and develop their skills. They will also have strong Excel and MRP/ERP system skills, as well as a personable and upbeat personality.
