This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in an outpatient dialysis setting. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing various medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct regular patient assessments and monitor patient progress.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Nursing (ADN, BSN, or Diploma) from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
