Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing various medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct regular patient assessments and monitor patient progress.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Nursing (ADN, BSN, or Diploma) from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
