Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Floor Manager to join our team at Chino Latino Restaurant, a renowned Pan-Asian restaurant located in the heart of South Bank London. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional service and culinary experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a large team in a high-performance operation, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive business performance.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with colleagues across departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, or Senior F&B Supervisor/Team Leader in a hotel's restaurant and bar is essential.
