Restaurant Floor Manager

At Darjeeling Express, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring smooth service flow, and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of restaurant staff, including servers, waitstaff, and kitchen team members.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient food delivery and quality control.
  • Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized service.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, supplies, and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or a supervisory position.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in Nepali, Hindi, or Bengali for effective communication.
  • A passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of restaurant software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Must be based in London or willing to relocate.
