The Role

We're seeking a skilled Floor Manager to join our Restaurant Management team. As a natural people person with a passion for high-end service and food, you'll be responsible for developing a strong team culture through training and experience. Your goal will be to create a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, embodying our hospitality values and standards
  • Manage a busy restaurant as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Focus on delighting our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met
  • Communicate effectively with the team, ensuring clear understanding of expectations and goals
  • Champion a training and development culture, empowering team members to grow and succeed
  • Provide leadership, counseling, advice, and feedback to the Food & Beverage team
  • Promote an environment of openness and trust, with continuous feedback and performance coaching
  • Be a positive, enthusiastic, and solution-focused individual with a thirst for knowledge and a desire to develop yourself and the team
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Promote restaurant standards, maintaining a clean and well-organized environment
  • Supervise the team, delegating tasks accordingly and ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Ensure all food and beverages are delivered to the guest to specification
  • Maintain a fun and engaging work environment, making the restaurant a great place to work
  • Deliver a clean and well-organized restaurant when you're the shift manager
