About the Role


Job Summary

The 1X2 Network is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team as an Interim HR Business Partner. This is a standalone role that requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Act as a sounding board for managers on employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and sickness.
  • Support managers with recruitment, including reviewing job descriptions and adverts, conducting CV screenings and first telephone interviews, and managing booking interviews.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on employment law, employee engagement, candidate attraction and retention, and training and development.
  • Develop and implement HR projects, including continuing to drive a performance-led culture, implementing a recruitment strategy, and supporting the c-suite team with succession planning.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and HR projects.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, including UK, Malta, and India legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think commercially and make informed decisions.
