HR Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and driven HR Advisor to join our team in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to develop their skills and knowledge within HR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruitment process, including job descriptions, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Manage the HR inboxes and conduct meetings such as probation reviews and inductions.
  • Assist with absence management, relationship management, and wellbeing checks.
  • Support the onboarding and induction process for new starters.
  • Assist the HR team with grievance and disciplinary procedures.
  • Travel to sites as required.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 3 (desirable)
  • Strong IT skills and verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience supporting the recruitment process and HRIS systems
  • Understanding of employment legislation
