Hoop Professional Services & HR are thrilled to be working alongside one of our valued clients who are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join their successful HR function in the Cardiff area, on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to managers on policies, procedures, and employment legislation
  • Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of HR-related queries
  • Support with disciplinary cases, grievances, consultations, and other HR-related matters
  • Collaborate with compliance to ensure all requirements are met, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with absence management, sickness reporting, and wellbeing checks, promoting a healthy and productive work environment
  • Support the HR Administrator to maintain an accurate process for employment changes, ensuring timely and efficient updates
  • Oversee payroll-related changes and ensure all actions are completed, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual HR management reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Assist in driving culture change projects and supporting organisational change, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations, ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive information
