Hoop Recruitment LTD is thrilled to be working alongside one of our valued clients who are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join their successful HR function in the Cardiff area, on a permanent basis.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an experienced HR team and play a vital role as front-line support, whilst getting involved in projects and working closely with HR Business Partners. The role offers a salary of up to £34,000 per annum (depending on experience), with additional benefits including hybrid and flexible working.
Key Responsibilities- Advising Managers: Providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employment legislation to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Employee Support: Acting as the first point of contact for managers and employees, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters.
- Disciplinary Cases: Supporting with disciplinary cases, grievances, consultations, and other employee relations matters.
- Compliance: Collaborating with compliance to ensure all requirements are met, including absence management, sickness reporting, and wellbeing checks.
- HR Administration: Supporting the HR Administrator to maintain accurate processes for employment changes, including payroll-related changes.
- Reporting: Creating monthly, quarterly, and annual HR management reports to inform business decisions.
- Culture Change: Assisting in driving culture change projects and supporting organisational change initiatives.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations at all times.
- Travel: Occasional travel to different sites across Wales may be required.
To succeed in this role, you will have experience working in a busy HR environment with exposure to employee relations and HR best practice.
