We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to work alongside our team, supporting service users to access person-centered support and navigate the treatment and housing system.

As a Peer Support Worker, you will act as an advocate, mentor, and coach, utilizing your lived experience to provide hope, inspiration, and support to service users. Your role will involve maintaining regular contact with clients, offering advice and information, and supporting them to access support in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside Turning Point Recovery workers to support service users

Requirements
  • Understanding of substance and alcohol misuse and the challenges and opportunities for individuals on a recovery journey

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
