Job Title: Buyers Admin Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Buyers Admin Assistant to join our team at Crew Clothing Head Office. As a key member of our Buying Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our critical path processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Critical Path Management: Assist in managing the critical path and department processes to ensure all information is up to date and readily accessible by other teams.
  • Sample Management: Coordinate sample requirements for the buying department, including Press, Wholesale, and Photo samples, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Catalogue Information: Compile styling and trims details for the catalogue, proofread with the buyer, and ensure completion for deadlines.
  • Other Buying Responsibilities: Assist in fit sessions, provide administrative support, and undertake development or project work set by the buyer.
Requirements:
  • General administration experience
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Experience in Excel and Word
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a work schedule while working to tight deadlines
  • Ability to initiate and build strong relationships with suppliers and other department members
  • Teamwork
  • Understanding of the Buying function and critical Path processes
  • Previous Buying Administration experience
