Principal Machine Learning Specialist

Location: Hybrid working model

IC Resources is on the lookout for a Principal Machine Learning Specialist to contribute to innovative projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of sophisticated computer vision algorithms while overseeing extensive datasets to ensure their quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Development: Architect, develop, and refine cutting-edge computer vision algorithms.
  • Data Oversight: Oversee and manipulate substantial datasets, ensuring high standards of data quality and integrity.
  • Pipeline Architecture: Create and execute robust CI/CD pipelines tailored for machine learning applications.
  • Optimization: Enhance model performance utilizing advanced optimization techniques.
  • Model Deployment: Implement machine learning models in production settings, ensuring they are scalable and dependable.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse teams to embed machine learning functionalities into products.
  • Technical Guidance: Offer technical direction and mentorship to a select group of engineers and data scientists.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and computer vision.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Academic Credentials: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the industry focusing on the development and training of computer vision models.
  • Programming Proficiency: Strong command of Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
  • Data Management: Proven experience in handling and processing large datasets.
  • Pipeline Familiarity: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for machine learning.
  • Performance Tools: Skilled in utilizing performance optimization tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deployment Experience: Background in deploying machine learning models in live environments.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in guiding and mentoring engineering teams.
