Lead Spa Therapist - THE PIG Hotels

Location: THE PIG - in the South Downs.

Compensation: £29,721.51 PA, plus tronc, 2% treatment & 10% retail commission.

Hours & Contract Type: 38 hours per week, over 5 days. Fixed-Term, Maternity Cover.

Start: Immediate.

We are currently seeking a Lead Spa Therapist to oversee our talented team of Massage & Facial Therapists on a fixed-term, maternity cover basis.

Each PIG hotel features unique treatment rooms nestled within the hotel grounds, providing guests with a distinctive and indulgent experience. The Therapists operating these converted potting sheds are truly the stars of the show.

As the Lead Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in the success of our treatment rooms. A proactive attitude and hands-on approach to treatments are essential. Reflecting our brand ethos, you will inspire our small team of Therapists to deliver the exceptional service we are renowned for.

Our Therapists appreciate the value of blending various massage techniques to cater to individual needs.

In your role, you will guide guests through the hotel’s beautiful grounds, offering insights on how treatments can be customized to suit their preferences.

When not engaged in treatments, you will manage all aspects related to the therapist team, including booking management, treatment promotion, scheduling, inventory oversight, and team recruitment.

The ideal candidate will possess confidence and a passion for delighting guests. Previous experience in a similar capacity with proven skills is essential, along with CIDESO or CIBTAC qualifications.
