We are currently in search of a Lead Spa Therapist to oversee our talented team of Massage and Facial Therapists on a fixed-term basis.

Each of our unique treatment rooms is designed to provide an extraordinary experience for our guests. The therapists who operate these specialized spaces are truly the stars of the show.

As the Lead Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in the success of our treatment offerings. A proactive approach and hands-on involvement in treatments are essential. You will inspire our small team of therapists to deliver the exceptional service that defines our brand.

Our therapists appreciate the value of blending various massage techniques to address individual client needs.

In your role, you will guide guests through our beautiful surroundings, offering insights on how treatments can be customized to enhance their experience.

When not performing treatments, you will manage all aspects related to the therapist team, including booking management, treatment promotion, scheduling, inventory control, and team recruitment.

The ideal candidate will possess confidence and a passion for exceeding guest expectations. Previous experience in a similar capacity, along with CIDESO or CIBTAC qualifications, is required.
