Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Therapist to join our team at Redcurrant Jobs. As a key member of our therapy team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our treatment rooms and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and guide a team of therapists to deliver high-quality treatments and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the individual needs of our guests.
  • Oversee the management of bookings, rotas, and stock to ensure seamless operations.
  • Recruit and train new team members to maintain a high level of service.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a spa or wellness setting.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3, CIDESCO, or CIBTAC.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
