Are you a seasoned HR professional looking to drive business growth and improve colleague experience? At Stark Danmark A/S, we're seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team in Southwest England. As a key member of our Regional Team, you'll travel throughout the region to support our colleagues in branch and help deliver our People Plan.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who can build a connected, values-led culture where our people thrive, are engaged, inspired, and empowered to achieve our business goals. As an HR Business Partner, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing talent development programs to create a continuous pipeline of successors for key roles.
  • Collaborating with our central L&D team to develop Brilliant Branch Managers and great people in all our roles.
  • Driving initiatives to deliver increased management capability and accountability.
  • Supporting and coaching managers to improve diversity and inclusion.
  • Establishing key performance indicators and regularly reporting on progress and outcome.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a multi-site complex commercial environment.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to grasp and translate the business strategy into clear, achievable people objectives.
  • Digital mindset and IT literate with the ability to use data to influence, challenge, and support the delivery of operational/functional plans.
  • Knowledge of HR Systems (ideally Workday).
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and ideally experienced in competency-based selection and psychometric testing.
